Work Package 4: Administration & Dissemination

Objective

Project management, ethics compliance, intellectual property management, and dissemination of results through publications, conferences, and the project website.

Duration: M1–M24 (February 2026–January 2028) | Effort: 2.2 person-months

Tasks

T4.1: Project Management

Coordination between University of Luxembourg and Neurofeedback Luxembourg. Bi-weekly supervisory meetings and shared digital platforms.

T4.2: Ethics and Data Protection

GDPR compliance, informed consent management, data pseudonymization, and secure storage protocols for clinical EEG data.

T4.3: IP Management

Intellectual property strategy for CURATOR outputs, including open-source components and proprietary clinical tools.

T4.4: Dissemination

Scientific publications, conference presentations, project website maintenance, and public engagement activities.
